Really nice welcome at Reception and my sister said they were all very helpful whenever she needed to use the lift to the car park in her portable mobility scooter. Great location for the beach and also for the nearby park to walk the dogs. Excellent breakfast, really comfortable beds and nice pillows. We also used the hotel’s underground car park overnight - expensive but very handy.

The location of the hotel is great. Close to the beach while surrounded by places to eat and hang out. The hotel itself is very good with a lively bar and restaurant with good food. We are experienced and anal world travellers and have added the hotel to our list of places we will stay at when being in Basque country next time.

Spacious quiet room. Clean bathroom with a bath and shower. Comfortable bed. Very dog friendly. Lively bar with lovely staff. Good service in the restaurant. Easy walk to the beach. Nice vibe to the locality.

The location was great, being near to the bus route into the town. Walkable into town along the front of the beach, which is a short walk away, but we found it was so easy to catch the no 5 or 25 buses along the road at the back of the hotel and they were very frequent along the bus route in the town. The hotel itself was very modern and comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel as we found it expensive, especially the €25 for breakfast. There was a kettle and small drinks fridge in the room, so we bought breakfast items and used the fridge if necessary. There were plenty of cafés, shops (Chinese supermarkets where you could buy anything!) and the big Supermarche around the corner on the main bus route and back road - which also had lots of local shops and bakeries. Receptionists at the hotel were very helpful and responsive to requests. The garage was handy for our motorbike but very expensive to park. That's San Sebastian! Always expensive and always very special.

Great location - in a suburb within walking distance of a lovely beach. Some local restaurants close by. We chose to eat in the hotel as we had our pet dog with us. Dogs are allowed in the bar and also can be left in the room if you eat breakfast or dinner in the restaurant . A dog bed and bowls were provided in the room. We thought the charges for food and drink very reasonable although the charge for breakfast was quite steep. Food in the bar and restaurant very tasty. Friendly reception and waiting staff. Comfortable room.

Location is amazing, very quiet street in a beautiful neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants around and the beach is 10 mins walk. Old city is a bit far away but for us it was an advantage. Well the bed in the room is huge, 2 meters wide, we loved it a lot. We also ordered an extra bed for a kid, and it also was pretty comfortable. The welcome kit for the kid was so nice ☺️

Nh hotels are always a beautiful hotel, as soon as you walk into the hotel it smells lovely, staff are always firsts class on reception, bar and house keeping. The location is great as it's easy walking to the beach and if you want to use the buses it's just behind the hotel to get buses to anywhere you like. I think nh is generally a very good price for the room with the standard they provide is first class highly recommended. Great parking if you're traveling by car

I nice clean hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The room was a bit small, and if my wife had been there, we would have been a bit pressed. The location was a bit far from the center of town, but it was not far from the conference I attended. I was pretty close to the gorgeous beach. All in all a nice place that I would haven problem recommending to others.

The hotel is on top of a hill overlooking the bay. Taxis are easy to order from the from desk and cost around 8-10 Euros. The lounge and dining area are excellent and have a great view out to sea. The room was very comfortable and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was really tasty and a good variety. I would highly recommend the hotel for a stay in Donostia - San Sebastian
